FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How long does the recruitment process take?

Typically 3–6 months. Faster cases are possible when language skills and documents are already in place. Influencing factors include language level (B1/B2), recognition procedure and visa process. We handle every step — from pre-selection through interviews to recognition, visa and entry — and ensure a structured, predictable process.

What costs are there for employers?

Transparent pricing based on position, headcount and project scope. We are happy to provide an individual offer on request.

Which healthcare professionals do you place?

DGKP (registered nurses), PFA (nursing specialist assistants), PA (nursing assistants) as well as specialist staff (intensive care, OR, long-term care, midwives, etc.). All pre-selected and prepared for the Austrian system.

What requirements must candidates meet?

Completed healthcare training, German at least B1 (ideally B2), motivation to work and integrate in Austria. We guide candidates step by step to meet every requirement.

How do you ensure the quality of candidates?

Structured selection process: verification of training & professional experience, structured interviews, language assessment (B1/B2), professional and personal evaluation. Only candidates who meet our standards are presented.

What happens after arrival in Austria?

Onboarding support, integration into the work environment, communication with the employer, personal accompaniment during the first months — so a long-term and stable integration is achieved.

Do you support recognition and the visa process?

Yes — this is a central part of our service: recognition (nostrification), visa and residence procedures, document preparation and onboarding to Austria. This guarantees a secure and legally compliant process.
